Sharon did a wonderful job while we were out of town! She took such great care of our cats, and also provided us with daily updates and photos. This helped assure us that our cats were okay, and we were able to enjoy our trip even more! This was our first time using Rover - we were pleasantly surprised! Kayligh was great; communicating throughout our absence and letting us know if there was any deviation at all from the schedule we’d set up. I’d highly recommend her and will be requesting her again! Most importantly. Blackie was happy, healthy, and acted “normal” when we got home, which was far different from the last time we went away and just had a neighbor coming in to feed her. The attention Kayligh gave Blackie on her visits was truly appreciated by all! I especially love the “clock in, clock out” feature and pics!
