Rosanne was wonderful! She sent me a lot of pictures of my cat during the drop in. She also took initiative and brought in a package. She takes direction exceptionally well. I highly recommend her!

Makayla is an excellent communicator and I felt very reassured having her check in on my older cockapoo, She was very dependable and sent pictures every visit, I am so glad I tried this service and so happy with Makayla!!

Bethany was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We weren’t at home (8 hour drive away) when our fire alarm started beeping with ‘low battery’ messages. We requested her to go home and change the batteries so our pet doesn’t get bothered by the high pitched noise. She ensured the batteries were replaced as well as comforted our pet since he had been distressed with the sound. Thanks again, Bethany!

Michelle was reliable, responsive and followed up regarding drop in visits for our cat Riku. She visited several times when my husband and I were in Japan and did a great job with feeding him, bringing in mail etc. I would 100% book again.
