Dog Boarding in Cleveland Hill

Melissa accepted my request and accommodated Pluto on short notice. She promptly sent pictures and updates every day. Melissa is super nice & Pluto had a great time. We will surely return. Thank you!!

Annalisa and her partner were AMAZING! I left my lab and bernadoodle there and they got so much love. They came home happy and exhausted! Annalisa did a meet and greet first and made me feel so comfortable. She understood everything I said, sent multiple updates throughout the day and WE WILL be using her again. Just fantastic!

Jen and Brian provided excellent care for our two dogs! They sent pictures and kept us informed and they smelled very fresh when we picked them up! We would highly recommend them.

I trusted Becky with my baby immediately, and my instinct was right. Sophie had a great time and it’s clear she was very loved and got the attention she needs, which is A LOT. She even has a new boyfriend now so she can’t wait to go back and visit him and her new human friends! 🥹

I can’t say enough good things about Brie! At drop off my dog, Omi, was super excited to be with Brie. This put me completely at ease knowing Omi would be in such capable hands. Brie made sure Omi was well-cared for, happy, and comfortable. She was attentive, took the time to send photos, was quick to respond, and was flexible with pick up and drop off times. Overall, it was clear that Omi had been treated like family. I will definitely be contacting Brie next time I need someone to watch Omi. Thank you, Brie!!

I was nervous leaving him and Madeline assured me with pictures that he was fine. It took him a little more than a day to settle in but once he did he made himself at home. When I travel again I will definitely contact Madeline.

Jackie was great! She looked after our little buddy while we were away over Thanksgiving and everything went perfectly.

It was my first time leaving my dog for a week at the sitters. I was very anxious but I didn't need to be because my dog fit right in. I received photo updates and when we came to pick her up, I don't think she wanted to leave. She had enjoyed her time so much. Won't hesitate to leave her again with Erica in the future.

Monica is amazing! Jack and Lady love coming over there and playing. She takes such great care of our fur babies! Monica we can’t thank you enough for the care and love you give to them!

Would definitely have Mindy watch coco again!! She sent me pictures and videos everyday and made me feel very comfortable. I can tell coco was well taken care of and happy the entire time during her stay! 5 stars all the way!!

Samantha and her boyfriend were super accommodating with our little lady, gaia. She sent me updates throughout the weekend and worked with gaia to make sure she was comfortable in her new setting. I'd recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a new friend for their furry friend :)

Amazing communication! Sent lots of pictures and gave him so much attention. Made the transition seem less! He also LOVED the huge fenced in back yard to run and play!

Michelle was wonderful from our first message through the entire process of boarding our dog. She responds promptly when messaged, always sends photos daily, and was so sweet with our dog. Kimberly was so good with Sage! Helping Sage adjust to being away from me, and giving her lots of cuddles and attention. I truly appreciate her patience and generosity. Will definitely be using her again!
