I can’t express enough how impressed Doug and I were with Janyl and the care of our 1 pup, Shelby. She came to our meet and greet with detailed questions and suggestions that calmed our worry for the care of Shelby. There were a few hiccups on our part of the service but she communicated right away and took care of them as well as cleaning a few things which she did not have to do but didn’t hesitate take care of. Matt is so great! We felt very comfortable and confident in him during our recent trip out of town. He was very responsive and respectful. He did great with the cats, made sure they had food/water, clean litter, and played with them every day. He was willing to stop by before we left town so we could give him the spare key and show him where the cat supplies were. We will definitely be planning to book him again for future needs.
