Karen was amazing with my 2 furry guys! She was calm, caring and took great attention to them. Jack needed daily pills and she was able to do that effortlessly. Karen shared multiple daily texts and pictures too! She was so gracious and left my house very clean upon returning from a week long family vacation. Natalie did an amazing job taking care of my cat. My cat has advanced CKD and absolutely hates being boarded. Natalie took the time to come learn how to administer all of the medications so my cat could stay at home and be comfortable while I was away. Natalie arrived promptly each time and spent time to make sure everything was perfect. I had a fairly large checklist of items that needed to be done daily and Natalie took care of everything exactly the way I asked. This was the first time having someone come to my home to take care of my pet; however, Natalie went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect while I was away, even bringing in my mail! Definitely recommend Natalie's services.
