What truly sets Tracy apart is how she manages to be both highly professional and genuinely caring. She took wonderful care of my French Bulldog, who immediately felt comfortable in her presence. Throughout my trip, Tracy went above and beyond by sending regular updates with pictures and messages, which gave me complete peace of mind while away. Most impressive was how she handled the sudden schedule changes. Instead of making it feel like an inconvenience, Tracy approached the situation with cheerfulness and understanding, demonstrating her exceptional customer service skills and dedication to her clients – both human and furry! My Frenchie was so happy and relaxed in her care, which is the ultimate testament to Tracy's ability to connect with animals. I had to go to a funeral and Ana looked after my Dog amazingly and even let me pick her up late as we were stuck in traffic coming back to the city.

Winnie loves going to Julianna! She always has a great time. My husband and I feel comfortable leaving Winnie with Julianna knowing she’s in good hands and will be well taken care of. We will continue booking with her.

We’re very fortunate and lucky to have found a caretaker like Maria Paula! We feel completely at ease when our baby girl is under her care and appreciate her flexibility for short notice bookings and her prompt communication! Highly recommended.

Nancy always takes great care of our puppy Oreo. He gets so excited to go there and he loves playing with her dog, Rosie! We know that Nancy gives Oreo lots of love and attention!

Natalia was lovely! She watched our very anxious girl and did an wonderful job. She was great about spending pictures and updates. She also is very prepared, she had treats and bowls ready to go! She took our girl on many walks, gave her some couch snuggles and made her feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Natalia and we will use her again if we are back in NY!
