Excellent communication! Always easy to schedule drop in visits and she takes cute pics of my pets. Even tried to trouble shoot my litter robot when it was acting up one night, will use again!
Hailey did a great job checking in with our cat Franklin while we were away for several days. She was easy to work with in terms of a meet n greet and communicated well throughout.
Very attentive care. She was wonderful. Would highly recommend. Loved the photos she sent and summary of visits. Really gave me peace of mind.
