Monica was so great with our dog! She had the patience to deal with all the craziness that comes along with the puppy stage - biting, chewing, etc. She kept us posted with pictures throughout the day and kept us updated on how our puppy was doing. I highly recommend Monica!

She's extremely thorough and consistent in her communication, and easily handles everything else we ask for, from collecting packages to handling furniture deliveries. We actually had a house emergency while traveling abroad and she took care of everything. Above all, our dogs love her. We're so grateful for her support! Highly recommend her services.
