Our cat requires extra attention with his medications, and Elizabeth took the time to ensure he was well taken care of. Karen did a great job watching our two cats for 9 days. She gave timely, clear updates and asked questions when needed, which was rare, because she spent a lot of time getting to know them at the initial meet and greet. We came home to two healthy, happy kitties, glad she was able to take care of them for our time away.
