Ronnie is very dependable and kind - particularly when I’ve messaged about my cats when away for long periods of time. Ronnie is easily the top sitter on Rover here in Rochester after working with others in the past.

Shannon was absolutely fantastic! Her communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping us updated every step of the way. She sent us pictures during each visit, which was such a relief and really helped us feel connected while we were away. Most importantly, she took amazing care of our cat—he clearly loves her! Second time having Natalie come and check on my cat while I was out of town. Natalie did an amazing job taking care of my cat and giving her the medications that she needs. Her attention to detail and caring attitude make going on a trip worry free.
