Jeff was fantastic! His love for animals was apparent from our first meeting, prior to me hiring him. Communication wise, he responds immediately and gives prompt updates. My dog is like a family member, and I feel Jeff understood that, which is very important to me. It’s the first time in a long time that I was totally at ease going away.

Julie is so wonderful with our dogs! I was so nervous to find someone to look after them, as they’ve never needed a sitter, but just talking to her I was put at ease. My dogs are calmed by her presence and are happy to see her. She is very communicative and reliable. So glad we found Julie!

I can’t say enough great things about Trace. She really went above and beyond for our two pups. She was punctual, reliable, attentive and extremely in tuned to our dogs personalities and needs. We were away for over a week and had true peace of mind that our pups were in great hands. I would highly recommend Trace and will definitely be using her services again

Always dependable! They’ve watched my 4 kitties twice now, and taken the initiative to do things like add litter to the litter box, send me pics and videos, and reassure me that my kitties are all good! 👍🏼

Anica was professional and reliable and great with our nervous pup Cookie who was in an unfamiliar environment (we were renting a house in Greenport). She took the time to meet Cookie in advance of our appointment and was very gentle and calming with her. She kept us informed about her visit with Cookie sending pictures and updates. We highly recommend Anica and would use her again in a heartbeat!
