Dog Boarding in Elizaville

Nicole was so warm and welcoming to Eva and provided many pics and updates. Eva was welcomed into the family and had so much fun playing and going in adventures over the weekend. So happy to have found a home away from home for Eva!

I was comforted leaving Battle with a family that has dogs and knows how to integrate a guest pup seamlessly into their routine, even if just for one night. True peace of mind!

Richmond was wonderful from the start. Very communicative, he promptly answered all of my questions and made drop off / pick up a breeze. His property is lovely, with a large fenced in backyard. We felt very comfortable leaving our pup in Richmond’s care over the long weekend. Thank you for taking great care of Jasper!!

Cipirina was lovely. This was our first time using Rover for our anxious dog. She immediately seemed comfortable and was following Cipriana around within 15 minutes of meeting her. All went smoothly and we received updates and photos throughout the weekend. We will definitely use her again!

Gabe and Annie were great! Got lots of updates and pictures throughout Frankie's stay and they handled her well, despite her sometimes challenging demeanor!

I LOVE Magnolia, so much -- and, most importantly, my dog Murphy ADORES her! My girl-dog is my baby, almost 7 year old Lab mix, and I am VERY careful about who takes care of her. I left Murphy in Maggie's care for an entire week and she was supremely well cared for and had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be heading back to "Camp Magnolia", and soon! What a relief it is to find someone who truly cares for your pet.

Chastity provided attentive and compassionate care to my dog Mochi. She was also friendly and flexible in her manner of relating to me. I will definitely call upon her again should the need arise in the future.

As always, Rosalie delivered exceptional care and love for our girl Rumor while we were away in the UK. It’s so very important to have someone you can trust when you’re that far away. Thanks again, Rosalie!!

Kim took wonderful care of our dog, Lenny, and was so understanding of his personality and needs. When our trip was unexpectedly extended she was very responsive and it was such a relief to know Lenny was being so well taken care of! Thank you so much!!

Nicole was by far the best Rover boarder we have used in YEARS. She was thoughtful, attentive, and made Lulu feel like a part of her family. She sent updates and some pictures daily. Her boarding space and yard make it really feel like an “air b n b” for pups. Highly recommend!!

Mary and Todd took wonderful care of Darcy! They took him on the long walks he needs and sent me plenty of updates and pictures. I'll definitely contact them again if I need a sitter!

Linus had the best time with Janice and her family. Linus is a senior dog with some medical challenges and a lot of medications, and Janice handled it all without a sweat. I went away with full confidence in Janice’s care and judgment and returned to a happy, relaxed dog. We will certainly look to Janice for further dog sitting needs!

Ben and Kim took such great care of our dog. They sent numerous photos and updates through out the day, were super responsive, and made sure our dog was happy and comfortable her entire stay. When it was time to go home, our dog gave Kim lots of kisses and I instantly knew how happy she had been on the farm.

Ella had a great time in Jane’s care. I was nervous because this was my first time using Rover but Jane made me feel instantly comfortable and Ella felt totally at home in her space. Jane was also very flexibile with pick up and drop off, which I really appreciated. We’re looking forward to the next time!

I have boarded my dogs with her for years- despite having to travel over an hour to drop them off. This is not because she's my mother, but because she is so great with dogs! I have lived out of state and had to search for good boarding for my previous foster dog, who had serious separation anxiety, so I know it's hard to find good boarding! She works from home, so she is always near the phone and computer to respond to boarding requests. Her property is perfect for romping and she even has a fenced in area for them to play worry free! If I had to sum it up, I'd say Archer had a great stay at Animal Fare's Almost Home Dog Care! What a great idea instead of boarding your dog at the cold, lonely vet's office, or in a mass room of crates, only to be taken out to use the potty. I am a VERY picky, strict pet Momma...She complied with my requests and is always so accommodating. Once you meet her and see her interaction with your dog (and her dogs) you will have no doubts about her talent and knowledge with dog handling. Cindy's house is set back from the road, which makes my worries about accidents much less. There is a large, grassy, fenced in area (the fence is over 5' high) where Archer can romp to his heart's desire, without worry about cars, or getting lost in a new place. The wrap around deck is also gated off, for play time close to the house. Reports are that Archer played a lot! I can tell, he's pooped! (A working Momma loves a pooped Pooch!). This was also a wonderful option because Archer's routine can sometimes be more in depth than others. I feed raw and give vitamins and supplements with every meal. As someone who has a vast amount of knowledge on dog nutrition, Cindy had no problem meeting our special feeding requests. Archer ate his normal raw food and got all of his supplements with no hitches! (She is also a retailer for BRAVO raw diet, so she totally understood Mommas can be "picky" about their Pup's food!). Archer slept in a crate while at Animal Fare and Cindy took him out just before bed and first thing in the morning, just like Momma does! Cindy also offered training and nail filing (with the necessary training) for an additional fee- a two for one! Thank you DogVacay!-Lena

We had the absolute best experience with Deanne taking care of our cat for five days, and honestly, I think he’s a little disappointed that we came home. She gave him all the love, attention, and playtime that he could ask for. He was happy and relaxed, and clearly enjoyed his time with her. She kept us updated and sent pictures so we didn’t worry, and it was obvious that she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. He doesn’t warm up to just anyone so that says a lot about her! If you’re looking for someone who is kind and dependable and if your pet is looking for a new best friend while you’re away, Deanne is your person! Just don’t be surprised if your cat tries to convince you to go away again.

Victoria was the best! We were able to meet before the booking which was awesome. She was VERY communicative and attentive to our girl! We received lots of pics and detailed updates even though her stay was 1 night! She made us feel so comfortable having someone dog-sit our little nugget. Hazel was able to have some socialization time with other pups and she came home absolutely WORN OUT! She slept so well once we were home so I know she loved her time there. 100% recommend her and will be using again.
