Rachel was great at communicating and has a clear love for the animals she takes care of. She sent great pics and updates and I felt very confident and comfortable having her in my home and taking care of my animals.

Alexandra checked in every day, sent me photos of every visit and even marked to let me know if he’d used the litter box. My cat seems to have liked playing and getting pets from her, so kitty approved 👍

Anika did a great job taking care of my cat Bennie! She left detailed updates and sent lots of photos! My cat Bennie was very well taken care of and happy when I returned!

Lorie was fantastic! She had consistent communication (even when I had trouble responding to messages because of internet issues) and sent lovely photos. She also went above and beyond by taking care of some of our houseplants. Our cat looked very happy and well cared for when we returned home!

Jonah was amazing! They are extremely communicative and are really knowledgeable on what was best for my kitties. They always answer very quickly which is much appreciated. Everyday, they would leave thorough messages about how my cats were doing. I will absolutely be reaching out to them again when I leave town next!

Jae was awesome. We had a chat before to go over basics and left some notes with details. She was great with our two cats, gave them each the attention they needed/wanted, kept us updated via text and the Rover app, and when we got back the cats were happy, healthy and happy to see us (in their feline ways). Claudia was amazingly professional and attentive to my two senior cats. I had to go out of town for 9 days and she stayed over, taking great care of them. For shorter trips away, I usually have friends stop in to check on them, but the cats are always stressed out when I get back. This time, they were pretty normal when I got home despite the longer time away, clearly having felt well taken care of the whole time!

So wonderful, nice and communicative. Our cat beans is super loving and needy. I’m 100% sure she’s been in good hands which made our short trip more enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely use Cassie again ☺️❤️

Aleksey was wonderful with our cat! We contacted her on quite last minute notice, but she was very flexible and easygoing about it, and we knew our cat would be in good hands while we were away. She was an excellent communicator and our cat was happy and healthy when we returned!
