I cannot say enough about Steve! His insight, professionalism and attention to detail were beyond words. I do not EVER leave my dog and Steve made me feel reassured and comfortable and confident doing it. He went above and beyond and is truly a great person with an incredible insight into the workings of a dogs mind and heart.

Heidi met with us in person prior to us leaving for the weekend to get familiar with our place and the dogs. On the day she was scheduled to come, she showed up on time and took care of our two dogs, letting them outside to run around and do their business. She made sure they were fed and had water before she left. As requested, she came back in the afternoon to let them out again. She kept in communication with us throughout the visits.
