Did an outstanding job making sure my cats area was clean and tidy. Communication was great and made sure all was great for our cats. Will recommend to others and hope to use Matthew in the future when needed.

Michelle was able to care for my cat, Teddy, last minute when my family had to leave quickly unexpectedly! She provided fantastic care and updated me every visit!

Alicia is the first cat sitter I’ve truly felt comfortable with in the Rochester area. From our first meeting, it was clear she genuinely loves animals and understands the needs of both pets/owners when on vacation. She took time to learn our cat’s routine and personality, which gave us instant peace of mind. While we were away, she sent daily updates with photos, showing our usually shy cat relaxed and happy. Our home was also left spotless, and our cat was calm when we returned. She’s incredibly reliable and communicative which has been an issue with other sitters in the area. We’ll absolutely book her again and highly recommend her.

Michaelle was such a nice person and an absolutely fantastic cat sitter, I could not have imagined a better experience. My kitty gets very anxious and Michaelle was patient and took great care of her. Emma did a fantastic job with our kitties Ellie & June while we were gone over the 4th of July. June is particularly picky and hides from a lot of people and Emma had her out and playing on day one. We are so grateful to find a sitter that cares about animals so much. We have already booked additional weekends. Thanks Emma!!
