Did an outstanding job making sure my cats area was clean and tidy. Communication was great and made sure all was great for our cats. Will recommend to others and hope to use Matthew in the future when needed.

Michaelle took great care of our little buddy and sent pictures every single day. She has a great personality and is a gentle soul. You can tell how much she loves animals. We will ask her to take care of our Charlie the next time we go out of town.

Emma did a fantastic job with our kitties Ellie & June while we were gone over the 4th of July. June is particularly picky and hides from a lot of people and Emma had her out and playing on day one. We are so grateful to find a sitter that cares about animals so much. We have already booked additional weekends. Thanks Emma!!

Alicia is the first cat sitter I’ve truly felt comfortable with in the Rochester area. From our first meeting, it was clear she genuinely loves animals and understands the needs of both pets/owners when on vacation. She took time to learn our cat’s routine and personality, which gave us instant peace of mind. While we were away, she sent daily updates with photos, showing our usually shy cat relaxed and happy. Our home was also left spotless, and our cat was calm when we returned. She’s incredibly reliable and communicative which has been an issue with other sitters in the area. We’ll absolutely book her again and highly recommend her.

Riley puts me at ease when I have to leave Spade (my 14 yr old Bombay male cat). She keeps me updated with photos and a narrative of what took place. She goes beyond and even cleans any mess he’s created. She is always punctual and attentive to his needs. I will recommend her with a glowing review and hope to book her on my next trip out of town. The best!

Amanda is truly caring. Our cat is very shy but Amanda went out of her way to interact with her and to keep us completely up to date. We are so grateful!

Jessica kept an eye on my two cats while I was away. She was friendly and very reliable. She kept my cats fed and watered and maintained their litter box. She also sent pictures of my cats and sent them to me each day so I knew everything was alright. I couldn't have asked for anything more in a cat sitter. I would certainly hire her again next time.

Destiny took great care of our cats...Brushing, playing, cuddling and doing her best to convince the shy one to come our from under the bed! We’ll definitely use her again!!!

Sophie is absolutely amazing! Definitely one of (if not the) best Rover sitters that we’ve had! She met with us beforehand to review everything, and kept in constant communication throughout the time we were away. Our cat was obsessed with Sophie from the meet and greet, and we could tell from the updates we received she remained throughly happy ☺️ We will absolutely be booking with her again!
