Eric took great care of our cat while we were away. He’s kind and care about Nani’s wellbeing. He took his time to play with him and let me know when he noticed unusual spot on him. Also He’s very easy to communicate. I would definitely book him again.

Sylvia was amazing! She watched over my fur babies for an entire week. Sylvia is reliable, takes advice very well and is trustworthy. I really appreciate her hard work and patience. She took many pictures and videos and was extremely communicative, which was so great. I received many updates on their activities while she was watching them. She provided my cats with a lot of love and patience since cats require that! I would 100% recommend Sylvia!

Jessica is wonderful. She came prepared to our meet and greet with questions and notes and she always responds quickly when you send her a message. She followed all feeding and medication instructions. My kitty was in great hands and was so calm when I came home. Will definitely use her services again in the future.

Fadong (Ricky) went so far above and beyond. When the doorman lost my spare keys, he helped me arrange for a locksmith and also took the keys home to safekeep them. I cannot say enough good things.

Susan was so caring of my kitten. She sent videos and photos regularly and stayed in touch with me. She eased my worries of leaving my kitten immediately. He came home happy and well fed and most of all she loved him like her own! I hope to use Susan every time I have to travel.
