We had an amazing experience having Lavinia dog sit and house sit for us. She is a great communicator and made our dogs feel extra loved while we were away. We highly recommend using Lavinia as a dog sitter.

Nikole stayed in our home for a four day weekend with our English Shepherd. She was great with our energetic and quirky dog, is very prompt and communicative and left our place spotless. I highly recommend her for pet care and house-sitting.

Rene was great! My petsitter plans for the weekend fell through last minute, so I was happy to find her. We only adopted our pup 5 mo ago, &, being a rescue from a puppy mill, she is still scared of new people. But I knew Rene would have the patience & kindness needed for her. Rene stayed at the house, so my dog & cat had plenty of attention. And Rene kept in contact with me, including sending me pictures. She will be the one I contact next time I need a pet sitter!

Sarah did an amazing job watching our pups! It was the first time we left our babes with someone. She was great at communicating how things were going everyday. Both our pups have a ton of energy, so we were so worried they’d be a bit much for her but she was able to handle both of them with so much professionalism and care. We will for sure rebook with her again.

Katherine was incredibly helpful and professional for my dog Thor. She even gave me updates about my home while I was gone as well. I highly recommend and would use her again!

We were able to rest and relax on vacation so easily knowing that Suzanne was staying with our two (sometimes a tad high maintenance) dogs. Suzanne also went out of her way to take excellent care of our home, as well. We so appreciated having her take care of our dogs and space and would gladly have her back!

I was need for a last minute sitter and Megan swooped in to save the day! She did drop in visits in our home over the course of a few days while we were out of town. She is very communicative, follows instructions well, takes a ton of pictures, and gives all of her love to your fur babies! I will absolutely be using her services again.

Nikki had excellent communication with us throughout her stay with our dog, and he appeared to be happy and content on our return home. We appreciated all the pictures and detailed daily updates! Nikki even very kindly kept an eye on our flowers to make sure they had enough water when we had an unseasonably warm weekend.

I was up for my daughter’s wedding in Rochester, NY and needed a sitter in-house for 10/5 (Thursday). We are new dog owners of a 7 month old Boston terrier buddy and from Charleston, SC. We have never had a sitter and was our 1st time using Rover. Barbara was prompt responding and confirming her availability right away. She answered all my questions up front and I felt comfortable going with her to watch buddy. She arrived into and my husband and I were both very happy with her. She sent us frequent texts, pics and videos through the day of their time together. Buddy was very happy and had fun. I highly recommend Barbara for anyone looking for a great pet sitter. We were very pleased with our 1st use of rover and using someone in another state to boot.

Anna did a fantastic job looking after our sphynx kitten and our home. She was so easy to communicate with and sent pictures and updates daily. We came back from our vacation to a happy kitten and clean home. If you are in need of a pet sitter—I highly recommend Anna! We look forward to having her care for our cat again in the future.

Nina did a great job watching our two dogs for two nights. They took good notes and provided loads of updates, we felt very comfortable! We would happily book again.

Joey has that “Pack Leader Aura” that dogs gravitate to. I have a BIG Bully dog that is very particular about who he allows to handle him. The big guy LOVED Joey immediately upon introduction. Joey has genuine affection for dogs and is a natural caregiver. I highly recommend him and will use him frequently.

Corwin is fantastic! He took such good care of my dog, my house, and the other critters while my family and I were away. He is very respectful and accommodating. I felt like I did not have to worry about anything while my house and pets were in his care. Corwin has a very calm presence and definitely has a "way" with dogs. He put us all at ease. He is also great at photographing dogs! He sent me beautiful pictures that really captured the joy of playing with and caring for our dog. Wonderful!
