Alana was great to work with when we went away for a one-week vacation and needed someone to stop in once a day to feed our two cats. She gave us updates and photos each day and developed a relationship quickly with our friendly kitty, Kirby. Our other kitty is so shy that we never did show himself to Alana, though she was very upbeat about trying to see him :) I really appreciated that she was also willing to water my plants while I was away. I would definitely reach out to Alana again when we go away for another trip. Thanks, Alana!

Our puppy continues to learn how to be a better dog with Lily’s visits.

This was our first time using Rover - we were pleasantly surprised! Kayligh was great; communicating throughout our absence and letting us know if there was any deviation at all from the schedule we’d set up. I’d highly recommend her and will be requesting her again! Most importantly. Blackie was happy, healthy, and acted “normal” when we got home, which was far different from the last time we went away and just had a neighbor coming in to feed her. The attention Kayligh gave Blackie on her visits was truly appreciated by all! I especially love the “clock in, clock out” feature and pics!
