Samantha was excellent! She took great care of Bandit, including getting him to take his meds. Followed our routine — including dog walks to feeding routines — and was the perfect “house guest” as well. He’s accustomed to having company and she was able to spend lots of time with him and sleep overnight. Thank you, Samantha!

So happy with this service! My husband and I were skeptical about leaving our dog with a stranger in our home while we were away but we are so glad that we found Phaedra. John won Franklin over very quickly. He was very good at sending me pictures every few hours to show me what Franklin was up too. He got Franklin through a couple of thunderstorms at the time he was in his care, which I very much appreciated. Franklin requires so much help keeping calm during heavy rain or thunder, and John was there to clam him by putting on Franklin's Thunder Jacket and giving him a dose of Franklin's Rescue Remedy medicine. The pictures I got showed how much fun Franklin had walking with John around Franklin's neighborhood. And what struck me me the most about John's care , was when he said he bought Franklin some cheddar cheese ( Franklin's favorite treat) because I had run out of it. (That was very sweet and thoughtful of him.) Because of John, I was able to relax and enjoy my first grandchild! He was so good to my dog and it was apparent in the pictures that my dog was happy and felt safe. Thank you John, I got to spend time with my Family on the East coast because of you! And Franklin got to make a new friend!

Morgan is amazing! We used Morgan for the first time and I plan to continue using her to watch my pups. She is extremely responsive and sent me daily pics. She even gave special care and attention to my dog’s health issues. It is such a relief to have someone like Morgan watch your pets and have full confidence they are safe and having a great time!
