Kristen was amazing! I was really worried about leaving my kitty, Echo, for so long. But Kristen spent an hour with her each day and sent me updates, videos, and photos! I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing Echo was in good hands. I will definitely work with her again!

We have hired Amanda multiple times and couldn't be happier with her services. Our cat has grown close to her and at times I am almost jealous of their relationship (Just kidding because who wouldn't want their pet to be comfortable while you are away?). Amanda sends us daily videos and/or photos and we would not hesitate to recommend her to take care of both cats and dogs.

Michelle was great with Maggie. It takes a little while for Maggie to warm up to people but within 2 meetings Maggie was getting comfortable. Will definitely book again. Highly appreciated and recommend

Kloe is responsive and punctual. She took wonderful care of our cats while we were away, providing frequent updates and many photos during each visit. It gave us peace of mind knowing our pets were in such good hands. We will definitely book her again.

Jacqueline did an amazing job taking care of our cat while we were away for the holidays. She stopped in to meet our furry son the week before we went away and then kept in constant communication leading up to and during our trip. We could tell she really loves animals and we felt at ease leaving our pet for an extended period of time. Jacqueline sent updates with pictures and videos after every visit and took care of everything that needed to be done in our absence. We will definitely book with her again and recommend you do the same!

Karlos was wonderful with my cat rebel. I was so worried leaving him for the first time alone and Karlos made sure to ease my anxieties. He messaged me with every visit, and was very persistent to try and get rebel to come out of hiding. It couldn’t have gone better and I appreciate his services and quality of care greatly!! Keoma is a literal cat whisperer and I'm SO SO happy I found her! She came for drop in visits to see my very shy cat named Jack while I was on vacation for a few days. During the meet and greet I explained she likely wouldn't see much of him, as he hides from everyone including my boyfriend and parents. BUT, on DAY ONE she somehow got him to come out from under the bed and snuggle and play. I was so nervous about leaving him, but now that I know I have Keoma close by I can't wait for my next trip!

Cynthia has been a super help to us! We booked her previously to drop in for one of our shy kitties. She was super sweet to him. This time around it was a bit last minute for both kitties and she was as totally amicable despite this. She offered to provide medication to one of them (which we didn’t need at the time) but her offer showed us she was caring, and remembered us! She took pics and told us about the kitties. We’ll be booking again next time we have to go away!

Carlos (and his son) took excellent care of my cat. He sent me pictures and kept me posted on what was happening. He was even able to let me pick JoJo up several hours early!

Jason was very responsive, communicative and punctual. He treated our pets like his own, and spent plenty of time engaging with them and keeping them company, which was very appreciated. I would highly recommend hiring Jason to take care of your pets whenever you need a sitter.

Last minute, I was invited on a quick trip and needed someone to watch my cat. I am happy I found Kai on such short notice. As a first-time user of Rover, he guided me through the booking process from beginning to end, provided pictures, and kept me updated on my cat daily. Kai is very easy-going and friendly. I highly recommend him and will be using his services again.
