She communicates daily while we’re away and I always feel completely comfortable with her taking care of my kitties- one of my cats receives daily medication and I can always be assured that he is receiving his meds and their needs are taken care of while we’re away- We are repeat customers and I will always book with Jes any time we need a sitter and know I can be totally at ease leaving them!

My cat, who can be shy, was lying out on our screened porch, a sign that she is relaxed - a big plus!! Natalie did an amazing job taking care of my cat. My cat has advanced CKD and absolutely hates being boarded. Natalie took the time to come learn how to administer all of the medications so my cat could stay at home and be comfortable while I was away. Natalie arrived promptly each time and spent time to make sure everything was perfect. I had a fairly large checklist of items that needed to be done daily and Natalie took care of everything exactly the way I asked. This was the first time having someone come to my home to take care of my pet; however, Natalie went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect while I was away, even bringing in my mail! Definitely recommend Natalie's services.
