Shannon was amazing on time every time, had no problem giving Cleo medicine and her notes and photos she sent after each visit were very informative and a great piece of mind for me. I was totally comfortable having her in my home when i wasn't there she is very kind and trustworthy I will be using her again in the future, as a first time Rover customer i must say it was a very positive and great experience.

Kaitlyn is a very experienced sitter. I have hired her for visiting dogs and now for my newly adopted dog at all hours of the day. She is trustworthy, timely with her visits and communicates very well.

Jenna was fabulous! I loved receiving her photos and updates, which she sent immediately after each visit. I so appreciated that she voluntarily adjusted the time of her first visit, when I mentioned a change in my departure time. When I got home after several days away, my cat was happy to see me, but not at all anxious or distressed, which really speaks to the care she received from Jenna. Based on the pictures, my cat seems to love her. I’ll definitely use her again!

We booked Robin while we were still in Texas. We were coming to the Niagara area. She made it very simple and we were even able to do FaceTime so she could meet our babies. She was flexible with our hours, sent pics while we were gone and got along great with everyone. Wish we could take her on the rest of our trip across the country!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Lauren was so great with our old Kitty. Kiki needs regular meals and insulin injections and Lauren took care of it so perfectly while we were away. The check in’s left us confident and relaxed that she was taken care of. Plus Lauren is the sweetest! Thanks again Lauren

Ian was amazing, he took our girls for walks everything he was with them and I could tell by the picture that they where nice long walks too. I received nothing but happy smiling puppies. Our girls our bit gonna know what to do when Ian doesnt show up, so I guess we are just gonna have to book with him again and again. Tha k you Ian for taking such good care of our dogs.

She did a great job with my two cats and put a lot of effort into bonding with my shy/scared boy. She even helped vacuum the litter around the box! Definitely happy with her service :)
