Yingyan was fantastic! She sent so many pictures and videos that made me feel at ease. She and her daughters gave my cat lots of attention and love while I was away, I knew he was in good hands.

Amanda and my cat Winston love hanging out! We will keep bringing her back whenever we need someone to look after him because when we return, he’s always well taken care of and in a great mood. Amanda’s communication and quality of care is top notch, and while we still worry about leaving him on trips, Amanda has taken most of the worry out of that because I know he will be safe and happy.

Michelle was a wonderful guardian for Asher while we were away on vacation. Her videos and photos gave us a lot of reassurance for our first time leaving him home over an extended period. We are so appreciative of all the work she puts in!

Jason was so good with my two kittens.. He kept me updated everyday with photos and how the kittens interacted with him each day. My girl kitten was timid and didn't come out until the end but Jason sent me videos to show me she finally came out and interacted with him. Jason is professional and a super great communicator. Definitely keeping Jason as my Rover guy for all my future needs. Highly recommend.

We are so thankful for Sarah! Not only did she take great care of our cat, she was able to recognize when he was having health problems. Her immediate communication made it so he was able to get to the vet in time, and according to our vet, that saved his life. We will always be SO THANKFUL for that.

Stacie is a Godsend! We had the opportunity to take a trip to Costa Rica with just 48 hours notice. We were incredibly lucky to find Stacie: We would never have gone abroad unless we found someone great. Stacie provided us with two references, both of whom were thrilled to report she did a fantastic job with their pets: They said she was always on time, posted lots of photos and was incredibly respectful of being inside their homes when no one was around. That was actually my primary concern about hiring someone I did not know: It’s pretty difficult to leave your house keys with a stranger. But Stacie was wonderful. She was incredibly responsible. We took this trip just a few days ago (mid-January 2022) when the city was pounded with a terrible snowstorm. Despite the awful weather, Stacie kept her appointment: She told us in advance that she might be an hour or so late because the blizzard left the roads unnavigable. But, clearly, she made it a priority to check on our two beloved Birman cats: She came just a couple of hours later. I’m sure that was difficult considering the weather, but we truly appreciated it. We knew the cats would be OK in Stacie’s care. And they clearly grew to love her. We are incredibly grateful to have found her.

Judy is amazing! She has helped me for three times in 2023. She is great with Tiger and very responsive. She kept me updated with how Tiger is doing, which really put my mind at peace when I’m away.

Wendy watched my cat when over the weekend. She is extremely communicative and flexible. She sent a lot of pictures and updated me while I was away. She listened to my concerns and addressed them as well.
