Rachel was nothing short of outstanding. She really does care and treated our Mr. Ash just as if we were there. We came home to happy kitty and we couldn't be happier with her. It was our first time in 6 years of leaving him and you can imagine our anxiety as kitty parents. Rachel laid our worries to rest and we will have no issues using her again and again and again. Highly recommend!!!

Emalee was absolutely amazing with our three crazy cats! From looking through her photos, it was clear that she spent quality time with them both playing and relaxing. She is also an EXCELLENT photographer and sent us some amazing photos. Would highly recommend Emalee.

Jess is great with my kitties. I love that she sends me pictures so I can see them everyday while I’m gone. Always on time and even checked up after a visit when I was home to see how one of my kitties was doing. Highly recommend her!

Tony was happy and well cared for while we were gone. We appreciated Teddy coming for a visit before we went away so she could meet Tony and we could meet her family. She sent wonderful pictures that showed that he was being well cared for. We will definitely have her come back for our next time away.

Rebecca was a 5-star cat sitter! We asked her to check-in on our cats a few times while we were out of town for two weeks, and she did a great job! Every visit she refilled their food and water, scooped the litter, and played with them! When she was done, she sent us really detailed and funny updates with some cute pics of the cats. It’s hard to travel as pet parents, but with Rebecca watching the cats, we had peace of mind that they were happy, safe, and healthy! We will definitely book her again!

Rachel was great! She sent great pictures everyday and got to play with the kitties. No stress on my trip because I knew they were in great hands. Even brought my garbage cans in from the road. So helpful!

Highly recommend Ronnie- very respectful, timely in communication, flexible and all around great with people and animals. Ronnie is very dependable and kind - particularly when I’ve messaged about my cats when away for long periods of time. Ronnie is easily the top sitter on Rover here in Rochester after working with others in the past.

Valerie is truly the best! Our cat loved her and she’s not like that with anyone. Valerie is very sweet and patient. She made this experience a lot easier for us and our cat, sending pictures and communicating a lot! Thanks for everything Valerie!

Moira is fantastic! She took such great care of our kitties and house full of plants. We really appreciated the daily photo updates we got of our cats, and even our snake. One of our cats needed oral medication once a day, which Moira facilitated no problem. She even came more than once a day, which was so appreciated! We were also really happy that Moira and her sweet fiancé Ben agreed to meet with us before we booked her. 10/10 experience, we will be using Moira’s services again!

I am so happy we found Rebecca! This was our first time using a sitter that wasn't friends/family and I was a little nervous. But Rebecca was so thorough and read through all my crazy notes, kept my cats in their routine, and sent lots of updates. My most skittish cat even let her pet him by the end of the week. Will definitely book again!

We couldn't be happier with the care Charlene and Jeremy provided for our cats, Fen and Clover. They sent us daily updates, including cute pictures and little notes about what Fen and Clover were up to which both my wife and I greatly appreciated. It was comforting to know that our cats were in such good hands. Clover, who is usually shy around new people, quickly warmed up to them, and Fen, our friendly guy, clearly enjoyed their company. When we returned home, the cats were relaxed and happy, and the house was spotless. What more could you ask for? We highly recommend Charlene and Jeremy to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and attentive cat sitters. They treated our pets like their own, and we will definitely be booking them again for our next trip!

I already gave Jackie a 5⭐️ review, but she deserves another one! I’ve used her multiple times, but this time, I added an elderly foster cat with food allegories and chronic diarrhea & a penchant for pooping on my couch (so there’s a very complicated mattress pad, pee pad, blanket scheme) and a tactically brilliant aversion to being pilled. Jackie is AMAZING! And I literally cannot recommend her enough!!!!
