When I was away for a few days, Alex came help taking care of my kitties, and did a wonderful job. From the time our booking was confirmed, through the days I was traveling, she provided great communications, and sent updates after every visit. Ellie is the nicest, most conscientious, and compassionate pet caregiver we have ever encountered for the care of our very special Maine Coon, Oliver. It was snowmageddon in Yonkers, while i was on holiday in 100 degree temperatures in Australia! Karen was a certain life rope for me and my kitties as we also dealt with toilet leak troubles on the floor beneath my unit. Karen was able to quickly pivot and help provide access to my apartment for our super. She was flexible and reliable through it all!

First time booking with Caleigh, great communication and experience all around. One of our cats is almost by rule very slow to warm up to new people, has spent days under the bed when we have some houseguests, so we were surprised to see Noel out and about getting treats on Caleigh's first visit.
