Emily is exceptional! This was our first time using Rover after moving to a new home and not yet knowing people around us to help take care of our cat. Emily was able to accommodate a last minute request, answered our questions, and most importantly was super communicative while we were away. Onyx was great, we had a few unexpected issues come up during the week (one cat didn't want to take his medicine and the batteries for the electric feeder died), and she helped find solutions to make sure everything was sorted out. She also cleaned up when they made messes, and was very communicative the whole time. I can't say enough good things about her, and I can't recommend her services enough!

Amanda is a pleasant individual with a servant heart. She is obviously experienced with cats by the way she picked up and interacted with Gracie during our interview. Gracie took right to her. Amanda's visits were on time and thorough. I loved all the pictures, especially the ones of her holding and loving on Gracie. Amanda was also kind enough to bring an unexpected delivery of several large and heavy boxes into the house. I highly recommend her for cats and I will definitely book again.
