It was snowmageddon in Yonkers, while i was on holiday in 100 degree temperatures in Australia! Karen was a certain life rope for me and my kitties as we also dealt with toilet leak troubles on the floor beneath my unit. Karen was able to quickly pivot and help provide access to my apartment for our super. She was flexible and reliable through it all!

Communicated updates very well, was able to make decisions independently and the kitties loved getting pets from her!

Ellie is the nicest, most conscientious, and compassionate pet caregiver we have ever encountered for the care of our very special Maine Coon, Oliver. He thoroughly enjoyed her visits and the affection she gave to him throughout. In addition, Ellie is very knowledgeable and professional. We will recommend her to our friends with pets and we, along with Oliver, will look forward to seeing her again soon.

Jessica took great care of my two shy kitties while we were away. We got detailed updates throughout the week and she made sure they got their wet food and some treats. She even managed to lure them out of hiding, which for these two is saying a lot. We hope to have her watch them again in the future.

When I was away for a few days, Alex came help taking care of my kitties, and did a wonderful job. From the time our booking was confirmed, through the days I was traveling, she provided great communications, and sent updates after every visit. Alex took great care of my kitties and I am very appreciative of her. I highly recommend her services!

Belkys did an amazing job caring for our kitten, who requires medication several times a day. Her regular updates, clear communication, and amazing photo check-ins made our time away so much easier. She was incredibly reliable and attentive—we couldn’t have asked for better care!

Elena was absolutely incredible!! We have a very shy cat, but she immediately gravitated towards Elena! Elena was so calming and truly learned what both of our cats needed in order to give them the best care. She was able to give our other cat his pill, and did a great job!
