Elena is an excellent sitter and went above and beyond for our cats. She helped us navigate a tricky situation when our dry food feeder unexpectedly ran out while we were away and made sure our cats were taken care of. We hope to hire her again in the future.

This was my first time using Rover, and the experience was everything I hoped for. Rachael was great - both dependable and responsible. My one cat requires daily medication before feeding which she handled with aplomb. My other cat is very shy, but she was able to get her to warm up at least a little, which is an achievement. I loved getting the daily messages from Rachael and the pictures she took of the two cats - it set my mind at ease about how my cats were doing while I was away. Highly recommend both Rover and Rachael.

Jessica was so patient with my Lionel. He is a rescue and very shy and Jessica was able to get him to warm up. I am so pleased. I felt so much better about being away b/c I knew Lionel was in good hands. I will book Jessica again.
