Dog Boarding in Guilderland

Samantha was fantastic! It was my puppy’s first time boarding, and he’s usually very nervous around new people, but he did great with her. She kept us updated with frequent messages and photos, which really put us at ease. Samantha was also very accommodating to my puppy’s needs, and it was clear he was well cared for.

Cannot recommend Brigid enough. If you have a smaller dog who loves a companion - look no further! She reads dog body language and "just gets it". Silvio's eating + potty + and sleep schedule went on even more smoothly than at home :) He stayed with Brigid for 5 days and I know he looks forward to hanging with her in the future. Thank you, Brigid!

Lori was great! She had a thorough introduction process to her home and way of doing things that brought me peace of mind. She sent pictures and updates and Daisy had a lot of fun with her!

We were able to make a pretty last minute booking with Chelsea which was such a relief! When I dropped our pup off, they gave a tour of their place which was clean and truly set up for the pets. They have a spacious backyard that our dog got lots of active time in. Chelsea was great about sending regular updates and pics. I’d highly recommend a stay with her!

Kim was wonderful sending a daily update. This was the first time I left my pup there and for 8 nights. It felt comfortable with her .:… he got sling with her pup and they fit him right in either his routine. I will choose km again in the future.

They have been incredible with my German shepherd. They’re responsive, flexible, and really put a lot of care into their work. I’ve been incredibly happy with them, and will absolutely continue boarding with them in the future!

Anna was very nice and accommodating and even was available very last minute. I appreciated all the pictures and videos of my dog and her responsiveness to my messages. 10/10!

Natthinee and her husband took such good care of my two pups. Always keep me posted of their daily life. Lots of great photos. Love it. Feel so relaxed knowing my pups are in good hands when I’m away!

Gillian was a phenomenal host for our two pups! We knew immediately from our meet and greet that she and her pups would be a great fit. We felt very comfortable leaving our dogs with her and she kept me informed with regular updates, along with pictures and video. Our pups made new friends with hers and hesitated to leave when it was time to come home. I’m so grateful that Gillian was able to care for our pups and look forward to reaching out again next time. It’s so obvious that Gillian loves her dogs and will treat yours like her own!

Oliver had another great stay with Brad and Mery! Thank you for taking such great care of Oliver and sending photos to keep us updated during this extended stay.

Ms Kyle was AMAZING with my dog ❤️ She was enthusiastic and communicative through my dogs entire stay. Very kind and loving! I plan on using her to babysit if she’s available again for sure!!

Amy was very communicative before and during Ollie's stay. She greeted us with treats when we arrived ensuring that Ollie's visit started smoothly. Amy then explained to me the general intro process to get Ollie acquainted with her own dog and her child who was home that day. I felt reassured that he would be well taken care of and would have a comfortable visit. I got regular updates on his playtime and eating during his stay. I'm sure if Ollie could talk he would tell me just how much fun he had! Looking forward to booking with Amy again for a future stay.

Vera took great care of Paloma! She sent us lots of updates and photos.

Korinne was wonderful - This was our first experience with Rover. Being new in town, and some sudden changes to work/travel schedules, we found ourselves in a pinch. Korinne was able to take our pup with short notice. She was accommodating and willing to work out some scheduling conflicts with other dogs coming and going so we could dash over for a meet-and-greet and coordinate pickup. Our girl is a stage 5 clinger and also has some special needs. Korinne is knowledgeable regarding dogs in general and willing/able to accommodate our girl. We weren't sure how she would do with the 3 resident cats, but once we left, she longer cared about them - this was a new experience for her and us. Korrine put our dog's needs at the forefront and worked to figure out what worked best to keep her happy and comfortable. Korinne kept us updated throughout her stay, she didn't hesitate to ask questions and inform us of our pups behaviors & she sent pictures daily. Korrine's house is lovely and clean with a large fenced in backyard.

Tiffany cared for our 2 Pugs during our 2week trip to Africa and we can only rave about the experience! Lucy had stayed for a short visit previously but this was the first time for Hank, and still being a puppy we hoped he would be happy. All went perfectly! Tiffany kept us up to date on their activities through texts and pics so we never had a worry from so far away. When we returned, our pups were obviously happy, clean, and well cared for - and it was so cute to see that they had become friends with Tiffany's own 3 dogs. She even baked us 2 gigantic cookies (what an amazing baker!) to enjoy after our long travels, and also sent us along with a seperate gift for each dog. She truly loves dogs and offers such a happy, safe, and comfy home for them in your absence. We're so happy to have met Tiffany through Rover, and would not hesitate to drive from Latham to Rotterdam to drop off Lucy and Hank anytime. Her loving care is worth the trip! I couldn’t be more pleased with the quick response time that Annette had when our sitter had to cancel last minute. She went above and beyond picking our dog up when our trip required us to leave earlier. Annette was great with our senior dog. Our dog required several medicines and had some mobility issues, but Annette administered and cared for her like her own. We loved our updates and really could see Daisy was relaxed and safe in her home. Thank you so much!!

Stephanie was exactly what we needed! Our greyhound mix requires some extra attention and she was so attentive. She listened to our concerns and assuaged any fear we may have had. The daily check in with photos really set us at ease so we could enjoy our travels knowing Ranger was in such good hands and a loving family. We would definitely book again and do recommend her care!

David was great to Cali, sent updates and pictures throughout her stay. I’d highly recommend!
