This was our first time using the Rover app and we were a little nervous about it, but Natasha sent us updates that put us at the ease (including letting us know when we had packages delivered) and we came home to happy kitties. Caterina is a reliable sitter. I asked Caterina to visit our cat on an off day, while we were away and she took the time to do so. She is some one to count on.

Jenna & Aidan must have done an excellent job taking care of my cat as she didn't yell at me for hours upon my return home!! She was as happy as could be. J&A were very responsive, and timely. I appreciated their willingness to meet up a head of time to see the lay of the land. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Mel C. Was great; we met for a meet n greet Wednesday before our trip. She asked questions on care for our pets. During her visits she took lots of photos and videos, and Venus really warmed up to her. Would definitely recommend Mel again. 😊
