From the time our booking was confirmed, through the days I was traveling, she provided great communications, and sent updates after every visit. This was my first time using Rover, and the experience was everything I hoped for. Rachael was great - both dependable and responsible. My one cat requires daily medication before feeding which she handled with aplomb. My other cat is very shy, but she was able to get her to warm up at least a little, which is an achievement. I loved getting the daily messages from Rachael and the pictures she took of the two cats - it set my mind at ease about how my cats were doing while I was away. Highly recommend both Rover and Rachael.

Catie has taken care of my cats on several occasions and they are always well cared for and happy. I have been able to count on Catie for planned trips as well as last minute requests. She is kind, responsible, and a pleasure to interact with. I have a senior cat who requires insulin 2xs per day. It is a wonderful feeling to know that he is in good hands while I am away.
