She asked detailed questions about what a great pet-sitting experience would look like for me, and was so patient and kind while the shy dog got to know her. The next day, the dog was joyfully walking and playing with Sarah. I loved all the updates and photos she sent.

Rachel was a huge help to me and my pup recently by taking a last minute booking. She was professional, friendly, and eager to help us out. My dog Shadow was well taken care of and happy, as proven by the wonderful photos sent by her. I don't love leaving my dog at home on trips but when I have to, I am more at peace knowing that someone like Rachel is around. We are looking forward to seeing her again!
