Aritra was an absolute lifesaver when I had a family emergency this past weekend. He took amazing care of my dog, Kona, and kept ua updated throughout. Kona was happy and comfortable, which really put our mind at ease during a stressful time. Aritra’s reliability and genuine love for animals really stood out. Juliana was great. She was the first sitter we tried since adopting our beagle Duke last year and we were a bit nervous about leaving him overnight for the first time. She sent us regular updates and photos of him having a great time, which was a huge relief for us. We will definitely reach out to her again the next time we need a sitter!

There aren’t too many places where you will have the ability to watch you pet 24/7. Grace and Wu connect you to their WYZE camera just before you leave your pet. During my trip, anytime I wanted to see my cat all I had to do was go onto the app and I was able to speak to her!! They are extremely responsive and very very kind. Your pet will be safe and taken care of with them!!

Siyi and her husband took 5 star care of my old pup. I am glad I trusted them with my senior pet. Siyi is super responsive to questions and sent lots of updates on Abby with videos and photos. I would highly recommend her and hope to use her services if I need care for my dog again.

Mr. Gerardo and his wife are really amazing people. Though this is my first experience on Rover and also getting a pet in US, I can definitely day that the couple are awesome at taking care of dogs. I boarded Byte with them for over 10 days and Byte was not well from Day 1 but they took care of it. They never complained. They went to get Organic Chicken and cooked it and rice every single day. The food I gave was useless. They did not have to do it but they take care of the pets as their own kids. I even offered them help but they insisted that they will do themselves as they love pets. I would definitely recommend them and will board Byte again there. Thanks a lot Martha and Gerardo. I owe you guys.

Megan and Brian were so wonderful! I'm a bit of a crazy doggy mama who gets nervous before leaving my dogs with anyone, but I was very comfortable having my dogs with them. They sent lots of updates and were so kind and caring to my dogs. Can't wait to book with them again!

Gigi had a great stay with Kai ! Kai was extremely communicative and sent lots of updates and pictures like asked. She had a great time with him and his doggies and a yard to run around in

Jenn took really good care of our dog. It was the first time we left him with someone, she really made me feel at ease, sending me a lot of pictures and giving me lots of updates. She was very flexible when my boyfriend ended up picking up my dog earlier than expected. She took my dog on multiple walks throughout the day and my dog was pooped when he got home. Thank you Jenn for taking such good care of katsu!

Ashley and her boyfriend were so friendly and accommodating! Their apartment is lovely and in a very convenient location, close to the subway. They sent photos and videos of my dog each day. I will definitely use them again!

We boarded Rolo with John for 4 nights. After a few less than positive experiences with other Rover sitters, we finally found someone who really knows dogs. John and his family are dog trainers going back many years, and it was clear from the minute Rolo met them that they know how to handle dogs professionally. As communicative as you would like him to be, sending pictures and messaging daily, John is pleasant and professional and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Looking forward to more bookings with him in the future. Thanks John!

We had a pleasure of having Adriana take care of Enzo for our family vacation. She is the most caring, wonderful, accommodating person we know. She is compassionate and constantly communicating with us via photos, text messaging or FaceTime. I couldn’t ask for more. She fed Enzo with the food I prepared for the whole week. And the best thing, he smelled so good when we picked him up (at midnight straight from the airport). We were too excited to see him. Adriana took away our worries leaving him since that was our first time going away without Enzo. Lastly, Enzo looked so happy and satisfied when we picked him up which is the most important thing of all. I would definitely 100% recommend and use Adriana again without batting an eyelash.

I was leaving my two Australian shepards for the first time for a long weekend trip. After searching several boarders I came across Leandra. She really eased my anxiety and was in constant communication with me. She’d also send pictures and updates throughout the day. It’s such a relief to find someone you trust with your dogs!! Highly recommend!!

This was our first experience with boarding our 7mos petite aussie shepherd. Grace put us at ease with 'getting to know Jax' sessions prior to boarding him 2 nights. She provided tips and training suggestions that assisted with preparing him for the stay. She sent a video of Jax playing with another puppy having a blast! It made us more relaxed knowing he was having fun. We would recommend Grace's services, daycare or boarding, to anyone wishing their fur baby have a good experience in a clean, safe environment with a caring person.
