Jamie and Brian took wonderful care of Appa! He had a blast with all his doggo friends and they provided lots of pictures of their play time. He was always smiling! Jamie went above and beyond and also took the time to bathe him which was much appreciated!

We had a great experience! We got lots of updates and pictures while we were gone, and both my dogs were very comfortable and happy during their stay. I think my dogs found new grandparents, I'm sure we'll be back :)

Great dog care taker. Communication, care, pictures, and videos were plentiful prior to and during their stay. Highly recommended especially if your dog(s) are active.

Jessie was great with Eli! Took the time to send photos and videos of our pup enjoying his own vacation while we traveled. He even went out of his way to make sure Eli was comfortable when he played too hard and ended up with swollen ankles for a day for two. I cannot express how amazing the care was Lori and Michael provided for my dog, Hubble! Hubble is pretty anxious in new situations, but from our first meet and greet, he just sensed how great Lori and Michael were and did super well! I left a long list of notes about care, and Lori was so careful to follow all of them exactly, and provided updates and photos throughout Hubble’s stay. I felt so comfortable with Hubble staying with them, they clearly know and love dogs, and were absolutely phenomenal! Lori and Michael really went above and beyond to ensure to comfort of my dog, and I am so grateful for them, and look forward to booking again in the future when I need someone to watch Hubble!

Grover and Rosie had so much fun with Gigi! She kept them active with walks and outside playtime. She was communicative and flexible with her time. We will absolutely get in touch again when we need another sitter!

Our experience with Ian and his family was fantastic! We will definitely be using them again the next time we need a sitter for our dog. They were very professional, kind, and accommodating. Cate and Rich were absolutely AMAZING with my pup! They kept me updated with adorable pics. Benny got some of the best cuddle time in while he was staying with them! Both on my way out and in from travel I was hit with cruddyx flight changes due to weather and they were so kind, accommodating and understanding! They helped take a lot of stress off that travel had caused. I will 100% be using their services in the future. I'm extremely particular about the care of my dog and they easily met my quirks with exceptional care for Benny. I didn't worry once about how he was doing while I was gone for 11 days. This was the first time I have boarded my 2 dogs out at someone's house. I was very nervous about doing it but it turned out to be a great experience for both me and my doggies. Nolia and Colby James quickly adapted to Debra and being at somewhere else other than her home. They were well taken care of and they especially enjoyed the freedom of running around her fenced in backyard. Thank you Debra for loving on my doggies and taking good care of them. I highly recommend her dog sitting service.

We had a great experience with Natha! This was our first time using Rover and we were a little nervous leaving Ziggy but it worked out great. She was awesome with sending pictures and updates. I really appreciated her approach to introducing our dog to her two resident dogs and felt comfortable with her judgment and expertise. Ziggy was exhausted after his stay at Natha's which is a sign that he had a great time and got to run around and have fun!

Lesley was amazing! We booked her last minute and she took EXCELLENT care of our Maximus, sent pictures and updates daily. Will definitely book anytime I’m in Rochester!
