We cannot say enough good things about Francesca. She was extremely communicative and took extremely good care of our 3 cats in our absence. My wife gets very nervous every time we leave the cats for a few days and this was the first time I saw her truly at ease thanks to Francesca’s expert care. Elizabeth did a great job taking care of our two cats, dealing with our litter robot and setting our old food timer each day. She sent pictures daily and even got a few cuddles which was great to see.

Leaving our fur baby for a week is never easy, but when we get back home, our cat is so comfortable and less needy! We are so thankful for Nat going above and beyond with our cat!
