Carissa took wonderful care of my cat, Jiji. Family has always taken care of our cats when we were on vacation. Unforeseen circumstances made that impossible this time. We searched Rover and found Kylie. We were so fortunate she was available for the whole week. My cats have a few special food requirements and she made sure that they got exactly what they needed. Kylie made being away from our cats so much easier with daily updates and pics so we could see how well she was taking care of them. She will be the one we reach out to for our next time away. Sam was wonderful! Our schedule kept changing throughout the weekend but Sam was flexible and totally understanding. He took the time to learn about our cat’s medication and was very communicative. Overall, I highly recommend Sam!

Took great care of Buddy. Was here every day to feed him and clean his cat box. Followed my instructions to the letter. Buddy hides so there is no interaction.
