Rose gets 5 stars for reliability, flexibility with small changes, showing genuine caring, doing reasonable extra tasks when asked and especially communication. I felt my pets were safe in her care and that she would let me know if anything happened. I recommend her work without reservation and will surely hire her again at the next opportunity. Although there is no specific place on the rover app to talk about other pets than dogs and cats, Rose cared for our guinea pigs, hamster and chickens as well. No complaint.

Donna was a great communicator and did such a good job taking care of our cat!

This is my second experience with Danielle and I’m way beyond grateful! My cat remembered her from last time and I can tell he feel loved with all of her attentions. She always provide daily updates and pictures that give me peace of mind!

Samantha was attentive to our cat’s needs and was incredibly reliable! We got snowed in our trip away, and Samantha was able to add extra visits to come take care of our cat while we were trapped in the snow. I highly recommend Samantha, and will likely contact her again the next time we need a pet sitter!

Ava was great! Provided pictures and notes each visit, which was especially appreciated as my cat hides when visitors are there so it greatly put my mind at ease to be updated about how much food she ate! Will definitely book Ava again

Stefanie is wonderful. She's a smart, reliable, respectful, and easygoing person. She is trustworthy, gentle and loving with our slightly skittish cats, and made real friends with them. Stefanie was so accommodating, sent us lots of updates and photos and truly set our minds at ease. We will ask her to kitty sit again without hesitation! If you want to relax on your getaway, hire her!!! She's a true gem!!

Mario was reliable and professional, and easy to work with. He provided prompt updates and replied to messages quickly, and he was able to accommodate me when I needed to make a last second booking for extra time due to travel delays. I'd be happy to book him to take care of my cat again.

Erik got the job done with our rather complex requirements, visiting the house twice a day. Would hire him again.
