Victoria went above and beyond to take care of our kitty—over the holiday season and regardless of a blizzard that made travel difficult, she showed up! I broke my foot and contacted Alexandra in the middle of the night from the ER to book with her starting the next morning. She immediately jumped on it and I was so relieved knowing my Mitski would be taken care of while I was off my feet. And she did a fantastic job. Mitski definitely loved her. Will book again!
