I couldn't be happier with Juan's care for our cavachon, Toastie. From the time I dropped off to the time I picked up, I knew Toastie was in great hands, and it was clear he had a great vacation too. He got the opportunity to socialize with other canines. I received frequent messages with pictures letting me know that he was doing great. Thank you Juan for providing Toastie a second home away from home. We'll be bringing him back.

Lisa took such good care of our Barnaby over the holiday week! This was our first time with a Rover sitter and we had such a fantastic experience from booking to pickup! Lisa was so accommodating. We were a bit nervous with all the family flying out of town, but Barnaby was in great hands, and even made his first doggy friend. We are very happy with the care Grace and Luis gave to our dog Mac. It was his first time away from home and he very obviously liked them, offering many bumps and licks before we took him home. We will definitely book with them again.

My two very energetic dogs had the best time! I got photos and videos throughout the week to put my mind at ease that my dogs were doing okay, and Rafaelina was always immediately available via text if I had any questions. I highly recommend her! It was a great experience!

William was meticulous about sending us videos and letting us know how Keelie was doing. He is a sweetheart who even shoveled for us. Looking forward to using him again!

I cannot recommend Omar enough! I’m so grateful I found him to watch my fur baby. He kept me updated with several videos and photos. Vader loved hanging out with him and had made a new buddy. Jocelyn is an exemplary dog-sitter. My wife and I are always nervous when using a new sitter, but Jocelyn quickly put us at ease. She sent plenty of photos and videos so that we could see Pinto was doing well and when we picked up Pinto the next day he leaned against her leg when saying goodbye (his form of a hug, smile).

I felt so at ease knowing Marisa and her family were caring for my timid, anxious dog. My dog, Hedy doesn't have much experience around strangers, but I noticed her warming up to Marisa, and her dog, Cosmo immediately during our meet and greet. Marisa explained to me how she would cater to Hedy as she has had plenty of experience with her own dogs and dogs she has cared for in the past. I received constant updates and photos – So grateful for those. I hope she will continue to care for Hedy on future sits as she is the best person (and family!) I have found for Hedy's needs and personality.

Valentina was an excellent sitter. She sent photos, videos, and short updates about our boys. They were in good hands and we were able to relax and enjoy our weekend away. We are so glad that she was able to help us out and our dogs came home happy and relaxed.

We had lost our dog sitter 2 years ago and have not been able to go away for over two years. Not having a reliable furbaby sitter was not allowing us to go away with a calm mind. Furbaby sitters are very hard to find. We had purchased a family vacation with a family member agreeing to care for Sandi. A couple of days before we were leaving. The family member decided not to take Sandi. We had no one. We were down to a few days to leave on our trip. I came across Rover! And TA' DAAA! I came across Robert! He scheduled a quick meet and greet with Sandi. After a couple of cuddles from Sandi and good vibes he got from her. He agreed to Fur sit Sandi. It was literally days before we were leaving. Rob truly was a gift last minute to the family and especially Sandi. He sent us pics to show how well she was doing and how many fur friends she had made. She looked so happy in every pic he shared. My kids were so happy that Sandi was having a great time at Robs. Rob is a great guy very open to answering questions and helping me feel at ease everytime I asked a question while away from Sandi. Rob is thank you sooooooo much for our saving grace. You are great person and an awesome furbaby sitter. I will definitely be in touch. Now that we have an awesome furbaby sitter. Halen had plenty of space to play and explore, and I could tell he was having a blast.
