Hailey was a great pet sitter! She was always on time, did all the tasks requested of her and took great care of our kitties! A very reliable sitter. We will be happy to book her again!

Linda did a fantastic job. She cleaned up so well after my little mess makers (3 cats), followed my rather lengthy instructions to a tee, and sent the most wonderful updates at the end of each visit. I would definitely hire her again!

I wasn’t able to give Larry much notice as I went on Rover on Friday, just two days before I needed coverage. Larry responded timely and was willing to do a meet and greet the following day. Larry took the time to engage with Alfie and made a connection. I Larry then did two drop in visits on Sunday that went well. I’ll be using Larry again!!

Stephanie was great with our girls. We have three cats - two younger sisters and one grumpy, but beautiful, senior kitty. All three of them eat different food, and can be a bit finicky about doing so. Stephanie was great about keeping us posted on how they ate (and drank), sent us so many pics, and even a few videos. We are fully obsessed with our cats, so getting detailed reoprts and pics matters a lot to us. We also returned to everything in perfect order, and completely clean litter boxes. We would absolutely call Stephanie again next time we're out of town!

I had a great experience with her while I was away on a business trip. She took excellent care of my cat, Sydney, and my fish, Phoenix. She spent plenty of quality time with Sydney, which really helped him feel comfortable and not abandoned while I was gone. If Sydney had one complaint, it would be that he always wants more attention. All requested tasks were handled to a high standard, including feeding my fish, cleaning the litter box, and making sure everything was in good order during her visits. She was respectful of my space, reliable, and followed all care instructions as discussed. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter, and I would be happy to have her watch my pets again in the future.

Shannon is great! She came and met my dog before starting drop ins, she even introduced her dog to my nervous dog to help her feel more comfortable around her.

Jackie was a thorough, responsible, and respectful individual. She is passionate about animals and is attentive to detail. When I needed to add an additional visit unexpectedly, she was quick to respond and communicate with us. I have already made another reservation and would recommend highly.

Marybeth was great with our 12 week old puppy! She was reliable, knowledgeable and provided us with plenty of updates and pictures while we were at work!

Lindsay is great with our dogs. She has taken care of them twice now and we are very happy with her. It's so much better than leaving them at a kennel! I highly recommend Lindsay to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the niskayuna area!

I have been using Deb since adopting my 2 senior cats 3 years ago. Deb is the only caregiver that I have used. She is wonderful! My 2 cats are high maintenance as they have Senior Litterbox issues. Deb doesn't skip a beat and handles everything while giving them love and attention. Her photo's/communication provide peace of mind while away from my pets. I highly recommend Deb and will continue to use her!!
