The trial overnight visit went well. Dudley had a hard time with settling at night because everything was different for him. Jolene toiletted him and then got him to settle. It was heartening to see their daughter with Dudley waiting to greet us with Jolene, when we picked him up.. We have booked a longer stay with these folks. Jolene does everything she can to ensure the visit goes well from helping with the booking to caring for Dudley. We look forward to getting to know them better.

Monique absolutely “knew” my little dog’’s heart as soon as she met him. Her care was exemplary and I know my little goofball loved every minute of his stay with this family.

Coppers third stay with Jennifer and Brent was just great! In addition to the untied freedom of running in their back yard Copper gets special attention, frequent walks, and freedom to explore their home. We liked the daily updates and photos showing his fun times and flaked-out times. We will continue to use Jennifer and Brents services when we are in St. Catharines and we know Copper's looking forward to his next visit in their home. I highly recommend that you book with Samantha to care for your pet. We had a serious situation recently when another sitter fell ill at the last possible moment, placing an important trip in jeopardy. Samantha graciously agreed to welcome our dog Roscoe into her loving home and family, last minute. We are so thankful for Samantha’s care of Roscoe in all regards. Her kind nature put us at ease the moment we met her. He was super healthy and happy when we picked him up. She communicated throughout the process with updates and pictures daily, which was comforting and reassuring. Stephanie is amazing , she sends videos and pictures the entire time during my boys stay. I can see he is so taken care of and genuinely loved when he is there. It said it all when he didn’t want to come home at pick up on the last visit !!! Thank you so much Stephanie !

Kristen took such great care of Skye! He had so much fun playing with her dogs and came home happy, relaxed and went straight to bed. Loved the updates, pics, and videos. She was so warm, responsive, and clearly loves what she does. She treated Skye like her very own. I felt completely at ease leaving him with her and would definitely book again! Thank you Kristen!

Jenn and Brian were amazing with our senior dog during her recent stay. Our dog had a very scary and sudden medical emergency and Jenn took her to an emergency vet and cared for her until we got home, communicating with us throughout. We felt so much better knowing our girl was being well taken care of. We are so appreciative of the love and care they showed to her!!

This was our first time using rover and Kristen’s calm demninor eased our nerves. She sent us lots of pictures and updates on how she’s doing with eating and how she was getting along with her dogs. We dropped off a happy energetic dog and we picked up Pipa a happy and exhausted

Charlette and her family gave Laycee a wonderful vacation. So much care and love 24 hrs a day since Laycee slept in bed with her little girls. It was a fun filled week for Laycee and Charlette sent updates regularly with photos so I could see the fun she was having. I almost felt bad bringing my dog home since the little girls wanted to keep her! I’m glad Charlette watched my dog while we went out of town and will probably use her again.

Ana Julia was wonderful with our dog! This was the second time she’s stayed with her, and everything went smoothly again. She sent daily photo updates and handled our sometimes difficult senior dog with ease.

Luna enjoyed her stay at Beverly's home. It was a very hot week, and Luna was well cared for and was very content and happy when I picked her up. Beverly is really good about playing with Luna outside and is keen in knowing what little Luna wants. Luna can be needy at times, and so it is nice to know that Beverly will take the time to understand and tend to her. Luna and I are looking forward to future stays with Beverly. Thanks!

Megan is incredibly kind and accommodating. Peanut seemed to have a wonderful time and was so relaxed and tired when she got home. We would definitely trust Megan to watch our dog again in the future, and hope to be able to rebook her.

Lauren was great! So welcoming and we even went on a meet and greet walk! My dogs were well taken care of and they fell right into their routines at her house. Can’t wait to book again!
