Emily is exceptional! This was our first time using Rover after moving to a new home and not yet knowing people around us to help take care of our cat. Emily was able to accommodate a last minute request, answered our questions, and most importantly was super communicative while we were away. She clearly cared about our cat and spent time with her, but also looked after the house which eased our worries. I could tell from the photos that our cat warmed up to her! Thank you so much Emily!

Arielle was good and the dogs liked her! She came three times a day with two feedings for five days. Also one dog was given medicine. She was very nice and we felt comfortable letting her watch our dogs in our home. It worked out perfectly.

Donna helped us with several drop in visits for our pup while we were out of town. Friendly, punctual, open communication, included several photos/video and detailed descriptions of each visit. Kylie was very good with Bella, and I felt she was trustworthy to take care of her. I love the fact that getting pictures & a report of how it went was a great relief. I will definitely use Kylie again when I need to.
