Big Ace was in great hands with Ruth. He warmed up immediately to her during the meet and greet so I felt very comfortable with Ruth watching BIg Ace while I was away. She has a very warm presence and you can tell she loves animals. Ruth was very communicative, with plenty of photos. Highly recommend!

We booked Rachael for drop in visits 2x/day for our 2 kitties. She followed all instructions and took a few pics for each report card including their food bowls which was very much appreciated. Hopefully she is available for our next trip, we would happily book her again. Thank you Rachael!

Cristin was GREAT! Very responsive. Sent adorable photos and videos. Communicated reliability and took great care of our girl, including administering daily medicine. Would definitely recommend!
