Miki is a wonderful sitter — She was incredibly flexible and accommodating, especially when my flight was delayed and I suddenly needed an extra day. She made everything effortless: drop-off and pick-up were fast, smooth, and stress-free, which helped a lot because I was in a rush. She kept me updated with plenty of photos and messages, and I could tell my dog was genuinely happy and comfortable with her. She’s professional, friendly, and has a great, calm energy that dogs respond to right away. The location is easy to get to, which made the whole process even simpler. Highly recommended — I’d trust her with my dog anytime.

Matthew was amazing with Meadow. We had a quick 24 hours in NYC. His location is close to Times Square and Broadway so it was easy to coordinate schedules. Matthew was very easy to communicate with and provided updates and photos for me. Meadow was relaxed with him from when we met. I will definitely book Matthew again if I ever return to NYC.

Bailey took great care of Brownie! She provides regular updates and you can tell she really cares about your pet. He’s looking forward to visiting again.

Absolutely amazing!!! I could write an entire book. She took care of my Dalmatian from beginning to end. I was in such a rush that I didn’t even have time to go upstairs with her but she met me outside for pick up and drop off. I received daily photos and videos and she kept me updated with his eating, walks and bathroom breaks. He came back home so tired from having so much fun. We will be back again very soon!

My puppy Latte is two months old and had a great stay with Hawthorne & Wei. I didn’t have to worry about Latte because Hawthorne & Wei always keep me updated with pictures and videos. Very good communication. Definitely I will book again.

Kecia has given my pup Luna unconditional love and affection through sickness and in health! I could not ask for a better sitter. She is the best!!!

I’m so grateful to have found Susan! She is the most wonderful babysitter to my pup. Not only do I trust her to take excellent care of Rizzo…but she also shows her a fun and exciting time, going on hikes, meeting new friends. Even though I hate to leave her, I know she’s in safe hands with Susan!

Adam is awesome with Charlie. He helped me last minute during a holiday weekend and kept me updated with loads of videos. Charlie loves staying with Adam.

Sarah and Danny took excellent care of our 9 year old cockapoo, Elvis! They communicated regularly and sent pictures and updates which I really appreciated. Elvis seemed happy and comfortable in their care. It is obvious that they are real dog lovers! I took great comfort while I was away knowing that he was safe and happy.I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for sitters for their precious fur babies.

Summer was excellent as always! Indulges my needy pup when he is extra clingy and makes me confident he is well cared for. Summer is also extremely communicative and I never have to ask for an update or anything.

Omggg Kira is amazing!! I have an Australian cattle dog, and she’s extremely hyperactive, but Kira was able to take care of her with her children, and my baby came out looking so shiny and happy. She sent me multiple photos every single day and also sent some videos in my dog at the Dog Park! I highly recommend using Kira as a sitter, because not only when she’s so amazing But she’s patient, kind and motherly. I will consistently be booking with JUST Her!
