Cat Sitting in Mattydale

This is my first time using Rover. Jamie did an excellent job taking good care of my cat! She is very patient and friendly. Thank you Jamie!!

Sprinkle was very happy and playful when I got back home, thank you so much for taking care of her!

Susan did a wonderful job dropping in for our cat while we were gone. Utterly reliable and caring, she fed, watered, and played with our cat, dealt with a slightly complicated litter box situation, sent us detailed check ins and lovely photos. We will absolutely reach out to her again in future and wholeheartedly recommend her to others. Our cat was in great hands with Susan. We, and our cat, say a huge "Thank you, Susan!"

We are so glad we had Georgianne check-in on our kitty and take care of her while we were gone for the week. She sent pictures and updated us on how she was doing. Our cat is very skittish and takes a long time to warm up, but by the end of the week Georgianne had won her over which says a lot. We absolutely will book again if we need someone, and we highly recommend Georgianne for your pet care!

Sierra did a wonderful job caring for my three cats for a week. They quickly warmed up to her and she gave them lots of attention, playtime and treats! I appreciated her daily updates with photos which let me know that everyone was doing great. She had a concern about their food intake at the beginning of the week and contacted me right away so we could discuss. She is very attentive, trustworthy and responds promptly to messages. I highly recommend her and will hire her for future pet sitting needs.

Brittany did such an amazing job making sure my cat was cared for and fed. I really hadn’t left her alone for so long in many years. Brittany provided many photos and videos to help ease my stress. 11/10!

Sarah was wonderful to work with, very professional and friendly, and we were very happy to have her help. Knowing that she'll be available for future visits makes planning for trips and events so much less stressful!

Adriana was wonderful! It meant a lot to me that she spent most of the time during her visits hanging out with my kitties, making sure they were happy and got attention while I was gone. She left very detailed notes and let me know if anything was out of the ordinary. She took great care of them, and even got my very shy cats to come out of their shell! She made me feel very assured that they were in good hands while I was gone!

Andrew, his family and their fuzzies were very welcoming of Theo. I had to go out of the country and they made me feel like Theo would be in good hands as soon as I met them. They certainly know what they’re doing!! They coordinated well with my friend for the drop off and pick up and sent me pictures everyday! 11/10 would recommend to anyone in the Syracuse area!

Pam was fantastic! She gave me daily updates and photos of my babies. She is very sweet and took great care of my kitties. I would definitely recommend her to look after your fur babies.

Allison and Robert are wonderful sitters. They are trustworthy and kind. My cats love them. I feel lucky to have found them and will continue using their services!

Meg was awesome. Our minds were truly at ease during our vacation knowing that Meg was taking great care of our three cats. It is so comforting to have someone trustworthy come to our home to care for our furry friends so they can remain in their own environment while we are away.

Margaret did a wonderful job with our cat Ghost! It was our first time using Rover and we were nervous but she was so thorough. She came to meet us and Ghost for a meet and greet to start. She administered our cat’s oral medication and fed her twice a day. She is very kind, considerate and timely! Easy to communicate and we liked getting updates and photos twice a day. We can tell our cat really appreciated her attention and care. Will be happy to work with Margaret again!
