House Sitting in Mechanicville

We were so lucky to find Angela to take care of our pups and home while on vacation. She did an absolutely amazing job! We were notified often by her as to how things were going. We will be calling on Angela again in the near future.

Was so appreciative at how accommodating she was with staying later than scheduled for me! My dogs loved her and I couldn’t ask for more.

This was my first time using Rover and leaving my beloved pup for such a long time, so I was very anxious about it. Michelle did a wonderful job easing my worries - we had a meet-and-greet as well as a walk together because my dog is reactive and that was my biggest concern! During the dogsitting, Michelle was very communicative and sent lots of pics and updates! I could tell Juno grew very fond of her as well. I also left pretty detailed instructions for feeding and treat toys and Michelle followed them fantastically! I highly recommend Michelle and will definitely book her services in the future. This was my first Rover experience and I didn’t know what to expect. I was out of town and Tiffany was unbelievably reliable, communicative and my dogs fell in love with her! I can’t wait to have her back and neither can the dogs…I think they’re a bit sad that I’m home and she’s gone :-)

We booked a last minute vacation and panicked when our dog sitter was booked and we were nervous having just anyone watch our babies. But Brian was absolutely amazing. He came over and met with them a couple days before we left. He also came over as we were leaving so the dogs were able to transition (our German Shepherd is not very good with change). We didn’t have to worry our entire trip. We got pictures the whole time and the dogs looked very happy. We will definitely be using Brian again!!

I’d give her 10 stars if I could! She came to meet us and the dogs before her stay. She asked us all the right questions about their routine, food, and walks. We were very impressed. We had to switch dates a couple of times and she was so cooperative. The dogs loved her. Being able to leave someone in your home that will take care of our pups and know that they are safe and well cared for, is such a blessing. We were able to enjoy our trip with total confidence. Over the years, we have used 9 different dog sitters from Rover. She is definitely our favorite! We are looking at future dates to have her back.

Emily was great with my nervous German shepherd! Flexible and responsive during my weekend away. My dog does not care for most people but warmed up to Emily right away!

Ashley has done both house sitting and drop in visits with Odie and I couldn’t be happier with her care. She is very thoughtful and reliable. It is nice knowing my dog is with someone who genuinely loves dogs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking.

1st official Rover. Cynthia was prompt, communicative & followed all notes. Not to mention provided the cutest pics throughout the visit ensuring my furry child was having a great time. 10000/10 will use again.
