He did put us at ease during our vacation by responding almost instantly to the messages, provided notes and photos of the walks.. we will definitely hire Tom again and again! Lauren was fantastic! Obi is energetic and 90lbs and she handled him like a champ. She was firm with him and worked on training commands throughout the walk. She sent videos and was professional for the entire visit. We will definitely be using her again!
