Super reliable and great communications

I needed a walker three times while my family and I took a day trip. Alexa was quick to respond to my request for a booking, which has not always been my experience, and was very accommodating about the timing of our meet-n-greet. For me, the best way to determine if a potential walker is a good fit is to see how my dog, Basil, reacts. No doubt, Basil was a fan right away, and so was I. Alexa was friendly, personable, and upfront about a potential timing conflict for one of the requested walk times. That was fine with me, and I appreciated her letting me know. Her walks were as scheduled and she kept me updated on Basil's experience. I would definitely request Alexa again in the future.

Dana is very diligent and thoughtful. She really cares about your animal and doing a great job. She is reliable and eases the worry associated with leaving your pet .
