Melissa and Steven had two drop-in visits over the weekend for my kitten Autumn. This was our first time booking a pet-sitter for our kitten and they were very understanding and friendly. They gave us lots of updates every time which definitely eased our mind. Most importantly, we are sure Autumn was very happy to play with them and appreciated their visits. Sophia was excellent and helped me and my wife out during a really tough time, she sent lots of photos and videos and my Nala fell in love with her instantly! I have zero complaints and will 100% use her in the future

We had never left our cats with anyone before and Gerri put our minds at ease. She came to do a meet and greet before we went away. She sent great pictures and gave us wonderful updates on our babies every day. She even bought them each a toy to play with. When we got home everything was clean and in order, and most importantly, Remi and Charlie were very happy!

Lorianne was very playful with my cat and was very consistent in taking care of her! I would highly recommend her!
