Jill went above and beyond! She made me feel so comfortable while I was away even though one of my kitties was sick. I will absolutely be rebooking Jill, and I highly recommend her to all.

We had a planned trip which was important to us and at the last moment we realized that our pet sitter was not available. We had to find someone to take care of our small zoo and we contacted Rover. We were concerned if we would be able to find someone that can handle 103 ponds dog. Melisa responded immediately and shortly after that Melisa and Steven came to meet our babies. I was glad to hear that she has dog training experience and to see she is interacting with our doggie. I immediately felt comfortable to leave my pets with them. They did an amazing job and went the extra mile to take care of our pets. It was a pleasure to work with Melissa and we highly recommend her. We had never left our cats with anyone before and Gerri put our minds at ease. She came to do a meet and greet before we went away. She sent great pictures and gave us wonderful updates on our babies every day. She even bought them each a toy to play with. When we got home everything was clean and in order, and most importantly, Remi and Charlie were very happy!

Samantha has babysat my elderly cat for the second time. My cat warmed up to her very quickly! Samantha took very good care of my cat. I had a lot of special requests that she honored. She kept a regular schedule. I was given updates at every visit. She even spent extra time troubleshooting a malfunctioning alarm. I highly recommend Samantha to any pet parent.
